Listener questions
From Anon:
Hi Val and Al,
I was listening to your podcast this week and Al was talking about the various author talks she was doing at schools and in other venues. I was wondering whether on one of your podcasts she might be able to elaborate a bit on how she develops content for these talks, tips on engaging with children and on how to promote your talks and get an income stream out of it.
Val and Al answer your questions in this episode.
Writer in Residence
Anne Tonner
Anne Tonner is a mother of four and a human rights lawyer. For the last six years, she has run a project in south western Sydney that helps refugees and asylum seekers to navigate the Australian legal system. When she can, she likes to escape with her husband to their house in Southern Tasmania, which is an excellent place for writing and watching sunsets in the company of a very affectionate Cavalier King Charles spaniel called Henry.
Her book is Cold Vein.
