Jo Dabrowski scored not one, not two, but THREE book deals. She has published two picture books: Higher! and Have Your Seen My Friend?. And has now released her middle grade novel Get Your Act Together, Doris Kozlowski.
Jo lives in Melbourne, Australia with her husband and their two boys. She started her writing career in advertising and still works as a freelance copywriter today. She's equally happy writing web copy and annual reports as she is conceptualising multi-media brand campaigns. No matter what the brief, she can create strong, visual ideas and combine them with copy that communicates cleverly and clearly.
When she's not writing for kids or clients, she loves reading, doing crafty activities (except for knitting), going for walks with her family, travelling (but not packing), going to the theatre (especially if it’s to see a musical), thinking of places to stick googly eyes, and eating Turkish Delight.
