This week we have two copies of the brand new The Killing Lessons – a thriller from author Saul Black. One reviewer had this to say about it:
“I haven’t read a decent serial killer novel in such a long time – mostly because I grew rather weary of the genre since there was a dearth of original specimens out there. Saul Black has succeeded in luring me back with this accomplished piece of writing which I devoured in one sitting.”
Sounds good! We follow San Francisco homicide detective Valerie Hart who is on the trail of a serial killer. Valerie comes across a breakthrough where a ten-year-old girl holds the key to cracking the case wide open!
We’re pretty excited about this one, and we have two copies right here for the two best suggestions for what nickname you’d give your own serial killer character in a book? (You know, like “Jack the Ripper”, “Bay Harbour Butcher” or “The Trinity Killer” etc…)
It’s grisly, but worth it!
